Opeyemi Odubiro holds a National Diploma (ND) in Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic, Nigeria, and a Bachelor of Law degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State. He attended the prestigious Nigerian Law School for the compulsory one-year Bar Part 2 training and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Opeyemi Odubiro is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators of Nigeria (ICMC). He specializes in commercial litigation, corporate commercial law, real estate, intellectual property, dispute resolution, corporate due diligence/regulatory compliance, family law, and maritime law. He regularly consults and advises for the management of multinationals, companies, and individuals and has carved a niche for himself in these areas of practice.

Opeyemi began his career as a Legal Officer with CITA BULK Aviation Services Limited, a company with vast experience in haulage and supply of Aviation Jet Fuel in Nigeria, where he gained requisite experience in Aviation Fuelling Services, Corporate Services, and Corporate Due Diligence/Regulatory Compliance. He then worked in the Law Chambers of REVELATION PARTNERS where he garnered relevant knowledge in Banking matters and secretarial duties until he resigned from his appointment to start his law practice.

He is currently the Managing Partner at the Law Chambers of Opeyemi Odubiro & Co and He is also an astute member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

Opeyemi demonstrates strong self-motivation in task performance and has consistently excelled in the execution of complex and challenging assignments. This is particularly evident in the areas of regulatory compliance and fulfilling client requirements.

He has played a pivotal role in assisting numerous foreign companies and multinational organizations which includes GUANGZHOU TIGER HEAD BATTERY GROUP. CO. LTD (Tiger Head Resources Intl. Co. Ltd) in establishing their operations in Nigeria, ensuring complete compliance with relevant regulatory agencies, and previously acted as the Company Secretary to the Board of Josepdam Port Services Limited, a prominent Terminal Operator in Nigeria.
